On November 24, 2014, Bill Barrett Corporation issued a press release announcing that it has entered into a settlement agreement with the U.S. Department of the Interior, certain conservation organizations and several industry parties relating to its Cottonwood Gulch natural gas property located on the Roan Plateau of Northwest Colorado. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99 to this Current Report.
