On November 24, 2014, Unisys Corporation announced that its Board of
Directors has named Chief Financial Officer Janet Haugen as interim Chief
Executive Officer, effective December 2, 2014.
Ms. Haugen, 56, has been the Company's Senior Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer since 2000. Prior to that time, she served as the
Company's Vice President and Controller and Acting Chief Financial
Officer from 1999 to 2000 and Vice President and Controller from 1996 to
1999. Ms. Haugen has been an officer since 1996.
