Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On November 18, 2014, Mary Mather resigned from the board of directors of the Company and its subsidiaries effective November 18, 2014, and resigned as an employee (and as an officer) of the Company and its subsidiaries effective November 30, 2014. Pursuant to Ms. Mather’s resignation the Company agreed to waive her non-competition and non-solicitation covenants.
