Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 18, 2014, Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (“Gallagher”) issued a press release announcing that a contract for the administration of workers’ compensation claims between its subsidiary, Gallagher Bassett Services, and the New South Wales Workers Compensation Scheme in Australia will move to run-off status on December 31, 2014. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1, and is incorporated herein by reference.
