On November 6, 2014, the employment of Brian L. Hamilton, M.D., Ph.D., as Executive Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of Galena Biopharma, Inc., was terminated in accordance with the terms of Dr. Hamilton's employment agreement dated as of November 7, 2013.
