On November 4, 2014, PBF Energy Inc. and PBF Holding Company LLC (collectively, the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that, on October 29, 2014, Michael D. Gayda, President and a named executive officer of the Company had informed the Company of his intention to retire as an officer of the Company and a director of PBF Holding Company LLC at the end of 2014. Mr. Gayda will continue his role with the Company until the effective date of his retirement.
The press release announcing Mr. Gayda's retirement is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
