On October 28, 2014, ORBCOMM Inc. (“ORBCOMM” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a significant customer order, the majority of which is expected to be shipped in the fourth quarter of 2014, and is furnishing a copy of the press release to the Securities and Exchange Commission under Item 7.01 of this Current Report on Form 8-K. The press release is attached herewith as Exhibit 99 and is incorporated herein by reference.
