On October 23, 2014, VWR Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will release its financial results for the third quarter of 2014 after the market closes on November 6, 2014 and will hold a conference call before the market opens on November 7, 2014 at 8:30 AM eastern time to discuss its financial results for the third quarter of 2014 as well as future expectations. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
