Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
(b) On October 16, 2014, John Birbeck provided the Board of Directors of CTI Group (Holdings) Inc. (the “Company”) with notice of his decision to resign from his position as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective December 31, 2014. Mr. Birbeck has agreed to continue to serve as a director on the Company’s Board of Directors following December 31, 2014.
On October 22, 2014, the Company issued a press release announcing Mr. Birbeck’s notice of his decision to resign from his position as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report.
