On October 16, 2014, the Board of Directors of Sun Bancorp, Inc. terminated the Sun Bancorp, Inc. Directors Stock Purchase Plan, as amended and restated and the Sun Bancorp, Inc. Employee Stock Purchase Plan (together, the “Plans”), each of which originally became effective on August 1, 1997. The Plans were terminated effective November 1, 2014.
