Item 8.01 Other Events.
On October 16, 2014, Wisconsin Energy Corporation issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors had declared a quarterly dividend of $0.39 per share. The dividend is payable December 1, 2014 to stockholders of record on November 14, 2014.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
