On October 8, 2014, Astoria Financial Corporation (the “Company”), the holding company for Astoria Bank (the “Bank”), issued a press release announcing that Hugh J. Donlon was named Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of both the Company and the Bank. A copy of the press release is attached herein.
