Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
On September 26, 2014, SITO Mobile, Ltd. (the “Company”) filed a Certificate of Amendment to its Certificate
of Incorporation with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware in order to change the Company’s name from “Single
Touch Systems, Inc.” to “SITO Mobile, Ltd.”. Our name change will be effective for our principal market,
the OTC BB, upon approval by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
