Item 4.01.
Changes in Registrant's Certifying Accountant.

As disclosed by World Acceptance Corporation (the “Company”) in its Form 8-K filed September 5, 2014, the Company has been engaged in soliciting and evaluating requests for proposals to serve as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm. On September 16, 2014, the Company, appointed McGladrey LLP (“McGladrey”) as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2015, based on the approval of the Audit Committee of the Company’s Board of Directors. During the years ended March 31, 2014 and 2013 and through September 16, 2014, neither the Company nor anyone on its behalf consulted McGladrey regarding (i) the application of accounting principles to a specific completed or contemplated transaction, (ii) the type of audit opinion that might be rendered on the Company's financial statements, or (iii) any matter that was the subject of a “disagreement” or “reportable event” within the meaning of Item 304(a)(1) of Regulation S-K.
