Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On September 11, 2014, David Mecklenburger, Chief Financial Officer of Professional Diversity Network, Inc. (the “Company”) and Star Jones, President of NAPW, Inc., will participate in an investor conference.
A copy of the slide package prepared for use by executive management at the investor conference is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report. The information in the slide package is presented as of the date hereof, and the Company does not assume any obligation to update such information in the future.
