Item 8.01. Other Events.
On August 28, 2014, Realty Capital Securities, LLC, the exclusive dealer manager for American Realty Capital Healthcare Trust II, Inc.’s (the “Company”) initial public offering of common stock (the “Offering”), sent an email to broker dealers and financial advisors affiliated with members of the Company’s selling group in which it announced that the Company aggregated more than $1.3 billion of assets since inception, with $474 million of institutional quality, income-producing assets acquired and an additional $892 million of assets under agreement or subject to LOI. The email also included a summary of the Company’s current portfolio. The text of the email is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
