On August 21, 2014, Bank of America Corporation (the “Corporation”) issued a news release announcing a settlement with the U.S. Department of Justice and certain federal agencies and states to resolve mortgage related litigations and investigations. A copy of the news release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
