On August 15, 2014, David L. Lawler resigned as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of SandRidge Energy, Inc., effective September 3, 2014. A press release dated August 20, 2015 announcing Mr. Lawler’s resignation is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
