On August 12, 2014, Tecnoglass Inc. (the “Company”) held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the purpose of electing Class A directors to serve for the ensuing three-year period and until their successors are elected and qualified.
Samuel Azout, Juan Carlos Vilariño and Martha (Stormy) L. Byorum were each nominated to be re-elected as a Class A director. A total of 21,457,580 shares were represented in person or by proxy and were voted. The results of the vote were as follows:
