On August 13, 2014, Arc Logistics Partners LP, a Delaware limited partnership (the “Partnership”), issued a press release announcing its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2014. A copy of the press release is furnished with this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
