In connection with the Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q of BREF HR, LLC (the “Company”) for the quarter ended June 30, 2014, as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on the date hereof (the “Report”), I, Chad Konrad, the principal financial officer of the Company, hereby certify, pursuant to Rule 13a-14(b) or Rule 15d-14(b), as applicable, under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and 18 U.S.C.
