Item 5.02     Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 24, 2014, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Revolutions Medical Corporation (the “Company”) accepted the resignation of Vincent L. Olmo as Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Mr. Olmo’s resignation is not a result of any disagreement with the Company or its executive officers, or any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. Mr. Olmo’s resignation was effective as of July 31, 2014.
