(d) On August 4, 2014, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Mueller Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the election of John Hansen to the Board effective immediately. At the time of election the Board did not appoint Mr. Hansen to any committees of the Board.
The Company’s press release, issued August 4, 2014, announcing the nomination of Mr. Hansen, is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
