On July 8, 2014, the U.S. District Court in Massachusetts issued an order upholding an injunction to stop restrictions on prescribing Zogenix, Inc.’s Zohydro® ER (hydrocodone bitartrate) Extended-Release Capsules, CII in Massachusetts.
