Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On July 9, 2014, CHC Group Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended April 30, 2014. The full text of the press release issued in connection with the announcement is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
On July 10, 2014, the Company will conduct a properly noticed conference call to discuss its results of operations for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended April 30, 2014 and to answer questions raised by the call’s participants. The conference call will be held on July 10, 2014 at 8 a.m. (Eastern Time) and can be accessed via www.chc.ca/presentations.
