ITEM 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
(b) On June 24, 2014, Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc. (the “Company”) decided to eliminate the position of Chief Operating Officer, which is held by Eric C. Houseman, due to an internal restructuring of the operations function. Following a brief transition period, Mr. Houseman’s employment with the Company will end on or about August 1, 2014. Mr. Houseman’s departure is not related to any disagreement with the Company’s accounting, operating policies, or practices.
