Other Events


On June 26, 2014, the Company repaid a convertible promissory note in the principal amount of $27,500.00 held by Asher Enterprises, Inc.  The Company’s objective is to continue to pay off all outstanding convertible promissory notes prior to the date which the holder of the note may convert the note into shares of Company common stock.
