Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On June 25, 2014, the Board of Directors of NACCO Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Elizabeth I. Loveman to serve as the Company’s principal financial officer. Ms. Loveman has served as the Vice President and Controller of the Company and its principal accounting officer since March 2014. Ms. Loveman is a Certified Public Accountant and previously served as the Company’s Director of Financial Reporting from December 2012 to March 2014. From September 2005 to November 2012, Ms. Loveman was the Manager of Financial Reporting of OM Group, Inc., a publicly-traded company based in Cleveland, Ohio.
