Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On June 25, 2014, Auxilium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: AUXL) and Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB (publ) (Sobi) announced that Sobi has filed for an extension of the label for Xiapex® (collagenase clostridium histolyticum) with the European Medicines Agency (EMA) to include the indication of Peyronie’s disease.
