On June 13, 2014, the Company entered into a promissory note in the amount of $1,160,000 (the “Note”) with John Seitz, the Company’s chief executive officer and the Chairman of the Company’s board of directors. The Note was issued on the same terms as the prior notes entered into with Mr. Seitz, with the exception of the convertible feature.
