On June 18, 2014, Bowl America Incorporated (the “Company”) entered into an amendment (the “Amendment”) to its lease agreement for its bowling center located in Manassas, Virginia. The Amendment, among other things, extends the term of the lease from May 31, 2014 until August 31, 2019 and provides the Company with an additional option to extend the term of the lease for an additional five year period.
