ITEM 1.01 ENTRY INTO A MATERIAL DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT.
Wiless Controls Inc. wants to announce that is has entered into an agreement with Mary Spio to acquire all IP properties, patents and work in process being part of a project identified as Next Galaxy Corp. (NGC), which will result in a change of operation in the company.
