EARNINGS RELEASE AND CONFERENCE CALL SCHEDULE

(NYSE: MRC) announced today that it will release its second quarter 2014 results on Thursday, July 31, 2014 after the market closes.  In conjunction with the release, the Company has scheduled a conference call, which will be broadcast live over the Internet, for Friday, August 1, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern / 9:00 a.m. Central.
