David R. Bradley Jr., a member of the Board of Directors of UMB Financial Corporation (the "Company") for 31 years, announced on June 12, 2014, that he is resigning from the Board of Directors as of July 22, 2014.
Mr. Bradley is not resigning because of a disagreement with the Company, known to an executive officer of the Company (as defined in 17 CFR 240.3b-7), or any matter related to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
