On June 13, 2014, we issued a press release announcing that we have received from NYSE MKT approval of the listing of our shares of common stock and proposed 10% Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock for trading on the NYSE MKT, and that we anticipate that trading of such securities on the NYSE MKT may commence on June 17, 2014. A copy of that press release, which is incorporated herein by reference, is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
