Item 8.01 Other Events
The company disclosed in its most recent 10Q that it had executed 2 agreements with Owings Group entities J16 Enterprises and OG Hybrid Funding. Recent developments with Owings Group have caused management to reconsider its engagement under those contracts which have not yet been consummated. Accordingly, the Company has elected to cancel both arrangements immediately and to pursue alternate paths for its strategic funding efforts.
