Item 8.01 Other Events
On June 11, 2014, Pathfinder Bancorp, Inc. issued a press release announcing that Pathfinder Bancorp, Inc., a Maryland corporation and the proposed new holding company for Pathfinder Bank, filed a registration statement on June 11, 2014 with the Securities and Exchange Commission in connection with the previously announced conversion of Pathfinder Bancorp, MHC from a mutual holding company to a stock holding company.
A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
