Item 8.01 Other Events.
MVP REIT, INC, a Maryland corporation (the "Company"), announced on June 4, 2014 that it has decided to focus the Company's investments predominantly on parking located throughout the United Stated as the Company's core assets. Previously the Company's focus was predominantly on parking and self-storage facilities.
