Getty Realty Corp. is scheduled to attend NAREIT’s Investor Forum, REIT Week 2014, from June 3 through June 5, 2014 at which an investor presentation will be made available to conference attendees. A copy of the investor presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference.
