Item 5.07.                Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

The 2014 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of CoreSite Realty Corporation (the “Company”) was held on May 29, 2014, at which the stockholders voted on proposals as follows:

Proposal 1.  Election of directors, each to serve until the 2015 Annual Meeting of Stockholders or until a successor for each has been duly elected and qualified.

Proposal 2.  Ratification of the appointment of KPMG LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2014.

Proposal 3.  Advisory resolution to approve the compensation of the Company’s named executive officers.
