Resignation of Director
Effective May 28, 2014, Ms. Mao Zhao (“Ms. Zhao”) resigned from the Registrant’s board of directors. Ms. Zhao’s decision to resign as director was due to personal reasons and was not the result of any material disagreement with the Registrant on any matter relating to the Registrant’s operations, policies or practices.
