Summer Infant, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that, effective May 27, 2014, David S. Hemendinger ceased to serve as Chief Operating Officer to assume the role of Chief Information Officer, and will continue to serve as a corporate officer.
Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On May 27, 2014, Summer Infant, Inc. issued a press release concerning the change in Mr. Hemendinger’s position and other organizational changes. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
