The Company received regulatory approval for the redemption of 50% of the Community West Bancshares’ Series A Preferred Stock (“preferred stock”). The effective date for the redemption will be June 20, 2014. The redemption price for shares of preferred stock will be the stated liquidation value of $1,000 per share, plus any accrued or unpaid dividends that have been earned up to, but not including, the date of redemption.
