On May 19, 2014, Provectus Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that certain of the Company’s executive officers, directors and key advisors will ring the Opening Bell® at the New York Stock Exchange on May 22, 2014 in connection with the commencement of trading of the Company’s common stock on the NYSE MKT on May 16, 2014, under the Company’s existing ticker symbol “PVCT.”
