Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On May 13, 2014, the employment of Peter J. Rowley as Vice President and Corporate Controller of Regal Beloit Corporation (the “Company”) ended. Charles A. Hinrichs has been appointed as the Company’s principal accounting officer in replacement of Mr. Rowley. The Corporate Controller position is presently vacant and the Company is undergoing a search to fill that vacancy. In addition to assuming the role of principal accounting officer, Mr. Hinrichs continues to serve as the Company’s Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and principal financial officer.
