Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On May 10, 2014, PPL Corporation ("PPL") issued a press release announcing that its Pennsylvania-based companies, PPL Electric Utilities Corporation and PPL Energy Supply, LLC, had reached tentative agreement with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 1600 on the terms of a new three-year labor contract. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
