RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION |
On May 14, 2014, Jack in the Box Inc. issued a press release announcing its second quarter fiscal 2014 operating results and disclosing other information.
A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.

OTHER EVENTS: INITIATION OF QUARTERLY DIVIDEND |
On May 9, 2014, the Board of Directors of Jack in the Box Inc. approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share, to be paid on June 9, 2014, to shareholders of record as of May 27, 2014.
A copy of the press release announcing the dividend is attached as Exhibit 99.2.
