On May 9, 2014, InfuSystem Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), announced the voting results of matters considered during the Company’s Annual Meeting of Stockholders held on May 8, 2014, in Madison Heights, MI. In addition, the Company also announced that the Board of Directors, including its newest member, Gregg O. Lehman, Ph.D., unanimously elected Ryan Morris to serve as Chairman of the InfuSystem Board. Mr. Morris had previously served as Executive Chairman.
