In connection with the Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q of Horizon Technology Finance Corporation and Subsidiaries (the “Company”) for the quarterly period ended March 31, 2014 as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on the date hereof (the “Report”), I, Christopher M.
