Corporate Resource Services Receives NASDAQ Notice    

NEW YORK, N.Y. -- (Business Wire) – April 28, 2014 -- Corporate Resource Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: CRRS), a diversified technology, staffing, recruiting and consulting services firm, today announced that on April 23, 2014, the Company received a letter from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC stating that it was not in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) for failure to file timely with the Securities and Exchange Commission its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the period ended January 3, 2014. The annual report was required to be filed by the Company on or before April 18, 2014 to be timely filed with the Commission and the Company has previously announced the delay in its filing. Pursuant to the letter, the Company is required to submit to Nasdaq a plan to regain compliance with Nasdaq’s continued listing standards no later than June 23, 2014. The Company intends to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K with the Commission in advance of the due date for the plan.
